Community Bancorp respects your privacy. Through our website, we strive to provide valuable information to you about how we may serve you. Community Bancorp and its subsidiaries, Community Bank of Nevada and Community Bank of Arizona (“we,” “us” or “our”) recognize the importance of meeting our consumer customers’ expectations of financial privacy and preserving our customers’ trust in us.  This Privacy Policy sets forth our pledge to protect our consumer customers’ financial information.

This Privacy Policy applies to nonpublic personal information (as defined below) that we have obtained in providing financial products or services to, or receiving an application from, an individual for personal, family, or household purposes (a “Customer”).  This policy applies to current and former Customers.  In this Privacy Policy, “you” or “your” refers to our Customers.

“Nonpublic personal information” is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.  For example, nonpublic information includes information regarding your account balance, payment history and overdraft history.  It does not include information available from public sources.  “Affiliates” include Community Bancorp, Community Bank of Nevada, and Community Bank of Arizona.
